As for your question:
If you mean unchanged use of the photo as is, I would consider the cover of a novel commercial use. If that is what you have in mind, please note me to make an agreement on a license.
Free unchanged use is only allowed for personal, not commercial goals, with proper credit. If you intend to make an own artwork using my stock, making sufficient changes to the original image, then commercial use is allowed, again provided that proper credit is given
